Does that have road access directly to the lot?

 

Kids dont go back to school until tomorrow so I had to stay home and babysit, lucky me. Had plenty of time to read some of the old posts on real estate and property in Duma. Generally if you are buying to make a home here then your efforts may be rewarded. If you are still foolish enough to be a homevestor, then you must have a long timeline. I have re-looked at some of the listings I have actually visited two years ago, most of them western style houses in Valencia and Duma and to my amazement they are still listed. Some of them are reasonably priced and most not but none of them have sold yet. Amazing!
