Trades & Labor Looking for machine shop with lathe.

Anyone know of a small machine shop with a lathe in or around Dumaguete?

I need to have three short pieces of 40 mm pvc pipe cut down to 1.5 in to fit a US device.
That means removing approx. 0.85 mm from the outside.

I know about the big shop on the North Road across the street from the airport. Ten years ago it was great but it apparently changed hands and the new owner increases prices x10 when he sees a kano walk in.

In case someone hasn't noticed, most of what is sold locally as 1.5 in pipe is actually 40 mm pipe. No problem as long as all the fittings are also 40 mm. In my case I want to plumb in a fairly big water filter made in China for the US market.

1/2km south of Robinson is Mannu Calibration, 3 lathes there.
