I was amazed to see an LTO check point today on the Hwy from Dmgte to Valencia. stopping M/C's for safety and noise violations. Then before lunch they moved it to just outside of Valencia. I was happy to see that they stopped and detained the guy who rides the green extra loud drag type M/C by my house several times a day and night.

All they have to do is set up a checkpoint 100m either side of a cockpit 10 minutes the fights have stated and check all vehicles within the zone. Of course they would require the army to be there, to quell the riot that would ensue.

I asked some of the local pnp a few years back why they don't ticket more of them with no papers of licences. I wasn't really surprised at the answer. "They are poor people who can't afford food or he is related to such n such so we can't book them!
No hope what so ever here.-

It is actually ilegal for the pnp or lto to move from the checkpoint to apprehend those bikes parked 200m in either side of the checkpoint.

They need to set up dummy check points, then pounce on the unsuspecting motor bike riders (with no licence or rego) that are waiting 50m from the check point, would be an absolute bonanza.
