I wonder if this means they lto/pnp will walk 50 m along the rd and convict all the bikes waiting until they leave? Also will this include enforcing mirrors, lights and all the other stuff!
Baby's stood on fuel tanks really pisses me off and with the so called helmet law, hopefully it will stop the conversations with two bikes Side by side oblivious to all other traffic!
Will this happen,I don't think so.............

If I understand correctly the rules of engagement, the PNP cannot issue citations for faulty equipment, only for license or registration issues. So I wonder if the LTO can also issue citations for license or registration issues as well? Can both impound a bike? Let the games begin.

I followed two PNP on thier bike the other day, i got close enough at a junction to notice, one helmet had an ICC sticker like the one on my washing machine, and the other was devoid of ICC . . Can i make a citizens arrest ? !!!!
My current Helmet is good enough for Bohol, Leyte, Samar, Cebu, but here in Duma nope i need a different one, crazy bull !!!!

If enforcement seems mostly applied to foreigners, try complaining at the Tourism Office, instead of just to each other.

Which reminds me, I hear a lot of complaints about trike drivers refusing to take you here or there etc, but none of the complainers bother going to Traffic Enforcement office across from the post office, nor the Tourism Office..

Or the always popular noise barrage? O-|

I'm a foreigner here, not a newbe but only since 1997, I have seen many more Pinoy's get ripped off on land deals. and hassled more than foreigners on the road, not to say they didn't deserve it, but they never scream at other crazy drivers on the road and not a public complaint.

I have to honestly say, in my years here, I have had very few problems with Pinoy's but more with foreigners. Yes I have the gut's to say that.
