LTO set to implement helmet law in two weeks’ time

To educate, it will take a little longer than 2 weeks, i guess.

 

Guys, is it true that helmets doesnt have ICC sticker and LTO sticker is not valid as helmet in Dumaguete City? And to be sure that the helmet is legal, one has to buy it at LTO office? Please enlighten me. Thanks!
How much are they selling it? oh, they're businessman as well now? Lol!

 

They have always been, and around Christmas some extra power.

 

I know the helmets at Spyder at the mall have the sticker. However the helmets at tops and bottoms don't have the sticker. The ones with Spyder are attached to the helmet in a little plastic bag and you stick it on yourself.

 

I would imagine in a couple of days those little plastic bags with the stickers will be missing from all the Spyder helmets.

Today we will find out what it is all about, I am in town with my 7 years old RUSI SR 110 Scooter, two mirrors, all lights and horn working, wearing an Korean HJC Helmet without whatever sticker and carrying my Drivers license, registration.
And for you guys who are still driving around with your temporary plates, you also have to carry the form "AUTHORITY TO PAINT" that you got from your Bike Dealer. Good Luck everybody
