And Btw, I think concrete barriers in Dumaguete is a horrible idea. They would be the old t-barrier style, ugly, would be vandalized quickly with gang signs, would be knocked out of alignment quickly (creating a very dangerous hazard) and would actually do very little for Dumaguete traffic problems.
Ah, Ok, I have not been in the areas in Manila where they ride and drive on the wrong side of the road, if that is the case, is it a common thing throughout Phil ?
Check out the way they drive in Bacolod. While some may say the driving is more civilized there compared to Dumaguete I didn't see it.
I have not been there yet either, will check it out one day, but I have heard from several people that Bacolod, although a different traffic experience, is way better than Duma. ?
I wonder if the LTO would approve of this? It has all the faults of trikes, easy rides, jeepneys, and sugarcane trucks all rolled into one!
