A few years ago I did my annual immigration but forgot to come back the next day to get a receipt. Forgot all about it A whole year comes and goes... I go back up to the immigration office to check in for another year. As I walk in the door, the lady sees me, pulls a piece of paper out of her top drawer and says: "Here, you forgot your receipt"
I know this guy and he is ok,he is the one who sits on right as you go in,was there today to renew reg for truck and he did the same,leave paperwork and come back mon 8am and it will all be there,he was also the one who got my licence for me back last yr.my mrs did ask for a receipt though and got one on a bit of paper hand written. Ps. Coming back from Cebu yesterday got stopped by the law and asked for licence and reg and because it was nearly out they collected p1000 from me as they said my reg was out of date and if no pay the truck would be impounded. Asked the lto today about this and they also say it crap and were they real cops as there are some scam cops about at moment,if you get stopped and they demand money ask for their badge number and name,it looked official with correct signs etc but you never know.we just paid as my mrs did not want any hassle! They were also rude guys! Next time I will check grrrrrrr!
