    The story was in the news today. It wasn't clear in the article if he would be detained or if he was definitely being deported. The Spaniard was definitely admonished by the head of the BI so it's is almost guaranteed he'll be buying a one way ticket.
    If he ends up in Bicutan foreigner jail for a while he will be one unhappy camper.
    Maybe he can star in an episode of Locked Up Abroad.

    Wow, what an extreme. All that for lack of a face mask 6 ft from his grass.
    Nothing but youths roaming the streets without masks here in Neg.

    I watch my back around here a bit more lately. I am strangely noticing a bit more of attention these days than pre-covid.

    Yes, I've noticed a few 'go home foreigner' responses to critical fb comments too. OK for Filipinos to complain, but not foreigners, it seems (racially motivated censorship?). Most likely it's 'Filipino Pride' - it might be bad, but don't say it.

    Also how caring they are. Wife read today a British National was having trouble breathing in Cebu where he lived. Was alone, Condo manager got him an ambulance, first hospital would not take him. Second hospital, Chua in Mandaue also refused him, he died in the ambulance outside the emergency room hours later.

    It is absolutely disgusting that hospitals refuse to give even emergency care with impunity. So much for the Hippocratic Oath.
