    NEW YORK (Reuters) - Police on Tuesday were searching for a man in a wheelchair who is suspected of robbing a New York bank and rolling out of the building with $1,200 cash to make a clean getaway.

    Some of those chairs can move at 20+ miles per hour. I think your average LEO can run only 18 on average! After 3 donuts and one Coffee they can perhaps obtain 19 mph.
