    Been many years since I lived thru such a mild winter! Hello to all! I am the newbie and still live here in USA. I am a long time visitor of the Philippines and know of Dumaguete and the area near by quite well. I am hoping to visit again in September to meet some local foreigners and start planning for retirement.
