My car was recently in the shop at Dumaguete Auto Parts, they have a mechanic shop in back, they were fantastic. They were working on all kinds of things, if they cant repair then they can direct you to someone who can.
There are near Citi Hardware near the mall, same side of the street.
Great people to deal with.
