Imagine if he did have the Chinese or Russian vaccine - or one dose of each. He would have many more wonderful words - but we wouldn't know what he is saying (advantage?). 瘸子-канитель
So how should I cope with the lock down this time. The last time I mistakenly focused on the expected announced end date, which kept extending. Frustrating and stressful. I think I will just take it day by day. If I wake up in the morning above ground, it is a good day. Next day too. I am fortunate to have a wife and also a driver to go to town. Gym closed so nothing I can do about it, maybe more aches and pains pains. Still, beats covid.
The "checkpoint" today consisted of two people watching the traffic flow by. Asking nicely in stores where they know you usually also helps with the liquor ban issue.
I just don't think about an end-point. I remember the people who struggled through 6 years of WW2 and, like them, hope one day it ends. As you found, frustrated expectations are stressful - so if this goes on another 4 years, I have to accept it. I will just think about those women waving their loved ones goodbye on the troop ships, with many never returning, and count my blessings.

I also have some splits that require no equipment at all (other than maybe a chair and some other things most have around the house). If you or anyone else is interested I can post them here.
Pls. post your workout excises here, always good with new inspiration, personally, I'm interested especially in excises for the back and legs. I find a lot on YouTube, some god and some bad

The vaxxing prioceeds at a snails pace. But I was surprised to find it still going on here in Valencia with Sinovac for seniors.
