I had the opportunity to walk around the U.S. National Cemetery at San Francisco's Presidio this morning. Something I have wanted to do for years.
The sea of grave markers serves as a constant reminder that freedom isn't free.
Personally I'll always be grateful for the men and women that have sacrificed all for what they believe is the cause for peace and freedom.

Memorial Day. Thank you to all who have served. We hate war, we detest it, but like we didn't want to be forced to bow down to the Japanese or to do the Nazi salute, we don't want someone telling us we must convert to their religion, so we must continue fighting for our freedom and protecting our country. God bless our brave who have lost their lives or limbs.
