    Not a fan of sharing YT videos but this should answer your questions. i watched 90% of it, you may watch the start of the conclusion from 10:40-13.02 and that is all you should need.

    The author is unimpressive, the facts and the data are. Unsubstantiated rumor? How can someone say this? There is plenty of data from all over the world demonstrating the effectiveness of ivor-mechten for prevention and improved outcomes.
    Dr Kory pleaded to the government to allow it.
    there's just no money in ivor--mechten, nor a tool to force the will of the government.

    It's no big secret. I don't think why most of us are denied it is a secret either.
