    The number of vehicles being piloted by people with no drivers license, no registration, no insurance and no vehicle inspection, I wonder if they truly have a right to be on the road? You know, the ones that all pull over and park before the PNP checkpoints? Hmm?

    I had a blast driving around Dumaguete, being hit by people who didn't stop as a general rule. One motorcycle that did stop because we were right in front of their destination, computer shop, was carrying 2 and a computer tower. The motorcycle had no lights, the front brake wasn't functional, the motorcycle was going about 45kph and the guy explained that his slipper got hung up so he couldn't step on the rear brake. I'm not very fond of people who drive really slow for no good reason but this guy shouldn't have been going over 20kph on that bike. I'm glad they were not hurt.
