You mean the Chinese give the Spratlys back to the Philippines if they can test their vaccine on Filipinos?
I meant officially Philippines will sign off to receive the "vaccine". Not that they would do anything different than they do already.
Both at Hypermart and in Banilad motorcycles get stopped today, to me it looks like all motorcycles get stopped if they have back riders
Even more I think. Vaccination will result in being given a certificate of some form, which I am certain will be required to enter a foreign country and, I suspect, even to enter stores, cinemas, restaurants, etc within a country. But IF the virus passes into history, the requirement for a vaccination certificate will probably start to be ignored. Btw, this could become political - if some countries accept certificates from certain countries but not all (linked with their opinion of the quality of the vaccine). I can guess at one such case, but that may be affected by an upcoming election.
Sort of like what is happening with the Q Pass. Even Lee Plaza isn't worried if you have it or not now according to the wife. Got a Loyalty card, they scan it and in you go. No Loyalty card, sign in process. No pass checking now.
well it is never the same. hypermart friday did the full monty. they had tables set up to log in, foot bath, hand wash, temp check and checked the pass. everyplace else we stopped did nothing including robs downtown. previous visit to hypermart was temp check only. go figure
