 Thank you Roger, Not quite sure what Azon has in store but I guess there will be a list each day. No rest for the Wicked, so to speak.

Thank you Jim, well I was Lucky this time, I went to the UK and had treatment. I am at a 60% blockage on the left hand carotid Artery I was out of it for a few weeks, I have nearly all my feeling back to the left hand side but it is day bye day. I am out of the 30% Danger zone for another immediately but They tell me it can happen at any given time. I was cleared to Fly last week so I just hit that buy Button. As long as I take things easy I should be OK. The Medication is working well, so this is the next hurdle, Can I get the same or a good Alternative there? Azon is working on this with here Doctor now but she assures, Azon, that there will be medication to continue my Treatment. Sods law, all these years and now it happens, in my last Full year. That's life I guess. Thank you again for your thoughts.

To get back to the thread, I hope this storm does not move about too much, last thing I will need is to be stuck in Manila next saturday cos they can't fly.

Any updates anyone. leaving Sunny Spain next Thursday will be bad enough. Arriving to A bad storm, will be another thing to happen after everything else. maybe I am just a little paranoid about this

The Philippines weather bureau has issued a warning for Tropical Storm Carina, due to enter the Philippines area of responsibility late today or early tomorrow (21st June). If it maintains its' present course, Western Luzon and the Visayas might experience 3 days of heavy rainfall.

Greg, are you leaving just short-term or bailing out permanently?

Welcome back Jack and good bye to the storm. Much better to have Jack here than the nasty weather.
All joking aside, Jack I surely hope for a good and full recovery in a speedy manner.
