Buy new if you can. Maintenance is sub-ideal here. Every used bike I've purchased here was a problem! Rusi has new 200-250s under 100k. Used Kawasaki Bajaj (my current bike) is great. Unless you promise to stay on highways, a heavier bike can be a limitation. I've had two 400s in 8yrs here. Great on expressway but not for getting up the hills to my in laws house. Halso traffic n parking are a consideration. Cruising at 60-70 is comfortable and my wife's Mio125 hits 100!
