⌛ Moving cost from Manila to Dumaguete

Well, after a painful search and a more painful "procedure" with forwarders, we are finally relocated ! (to a nice house in Talay..)

For a 10ft container, door to door, Quezon City-Project 8 to Talay, the total cost was 23.460 peso and they delivered it after nine days. (Sulpicio Lines)

The other problem was our KIA Sedona, a 5 meters long van.

Great ..fun. The company 2GO demanded a driver to escort the vehicle and they charge 25.000 peso. But on Sept. 25th, they didn't know the schedule of the ship in October, so no dates available..!

The Sulpicio asked 23.000 but loading with a net on the deck, at your own risk... Thank you, next, who ?

Negros Navigation would carry it to Bacolod, in 3 days, for a total of 19.500 peso. No alternative, they got the job and we got a lesson of patience through the 2 hours long procedure to a filthy pier of Manila Port.

So, here we are, a new page of our life..
