I found several one man operations that do "lipat bahay", household moving, in Cebu. I talked to one with a 15 foot enclosed truck, that furnishes the manpower on both ends, Cebu to load and Duma to unload. 17,000 all included. I'm sure he would come and get your things and bring them to Cebu. 17,000 to 20,000 seems to be the going rate for a 15 foot by 7 foot high by 7 foot wide truck with manpower furnished on both ends, no packing, only loading/unloading.
