⌛ Moving to Dumaguete

I will be moving to Dumaguete at the end of the year as I am retiring in Australia. There are a thousand questions I would like to ask but not possible in one message.

My wife and step-daughter are Filipina and my sone 3 years old is an Aussie.

Any advise on,

Visa's - what is best approach for me and my son?
Rental accomodation,
School for my 11 year old step-daughter
Starting a small business - maybe in my wife's name to avoid the beaurocracy.

I lived in Manila for 6 months a couple of years ago so I have some experience of living in PI. I have also been to Negros (Bayawan) severasl times as my wife comes from there.

Spend some time reading through the archives on this site. All your questions are answered but after doing some research you still have specific questions most of us would be glad to help.
