IMO - not medical advice, you should consult me. I can tune this down bigtime and make your results much better
I think you are going to be hard pressed to find a doctor willing to prescribe that drug to you because of the potential abuse.
That is one of the Drugs here that need Government approval because of the same thing here, I think I can do without it anyways, I hate that every time you mention something they write out another script for more drugs. I would like to wean myself off of them and start again, the Glucosamine (OsteOeze) 1500 mg is available over the counter and works better than the others for pain management. The Lexapro I do not think I will be able to stop as it causes the pathways in my brain to short circuit as they establish new pathways which zap my brain and cause my hands and my legs from the knees down to momentarily paralyze for a second and it also affects my eyesight when it happens... Horizon; IF it involves natural and legal herbs or plants, than I am all ears, as I would love to ditch my dependency on prescription Drugs as I feel they are contributing to the Cysts on my Kidney, Fatty Liver and Blood Clots throughout my Body as I produce too many Red Cells, the Tramadol, Mobic and Aspirin are supposed to thin my Blood but if I cut myself I do not bleed much at all until it clots... That was one of the reasons I was looking at either selling my Blood if possible where my Brother In-law sells his blood or donating to the Foreign Blood Bank mentioned on this Forum elsewhere so that it would/should help with producing too many Red Cells and Blood Clots...
Just about mate and from my calculations I will be looking over 16K per month to buy my medication there as I lose Medicare assistance as soon as I fly out this weekend, so I will be trying other herbal remedies that are non-illegal to try and get a grip on the pain management... This is X-rays of my leg where it is broken where I have nothing to hold the break together, tomorrow, the 18th will mark 30 years with a broken leg.... You can see my Hip Joint then the large joint out from that is the break where marrow or whatever it is has leaked and attempted to create a flexible joint that is barely holding together...
oh .ok... i thought medicare would have covered for a month or so in some way or another..... how are you going with the cpap ?.....i have been using one for about 8 yrs now.......... pain in the arse but you get a lot better sleep with it..
Ouch! Your a stronger man than I.....I would have already skipped the prescriptions and self medicated with the hard sh*t (and likely be dead long before 30 years)......or told them to cut the thing off. I'm guessing since those are joints that they can't do any type of replacement?
Medicare ceases the minute I fly out, sucks as I have scripts which need filling but they only dish it out as I need it, I have to take the CPAP Machine to my Daughter to sterilise as the old lady who had it was a Smoker and about 3 seconds of it near my nose and I had a sore throat and burning nose from the smell, I think she was a diehard Marlborough Smoker! o_O I need to buy a new Mask piece that fits up to your nostrils to replace this one that fits over the nose although I will give it a go first as I did not like the nostril one, felt like someone had punched me in the nose for several days after wearing it one night.
They cannot fit any foreign object into me as my body rejects it, that is why they had to remove the metal plate and screws as the infection (Golden Staph) got in behind the plate and bone, then the screws fell out, then I ended up with a hole at my waist that exited above my knee that I had to flush out 4 or 5 times a day using Peroxide and Saline through a Syringe, then pack 4 metres of Ribbon Gauze into the top hole and the same into the bottom hole, when they removed the steel plate they cut out the sinus (the tube thingy that led to the 2 holes in my leg) and vacuum sealed it until it healed thank God otherwise I would have ended up dying like the other 3 people who also were operated on in the infected Theatre! Around 10 years ago I went to the Hospital to see if things had advanced and was invited to attend a Conference with 230+ of the Top Orthopedic Surgeons from South East Queensland along with their underlings to try and see if they could come up with an idea to repair my leg. After 3 days of deliberation they phoned me to tell me there was nothing they could do for my right Leg due to the rejection of foreign objects meaning a Hip replacement is not possible, but they wanted to shorten my left Leg 6 inches, drive a metal spike down from the top of the Femur and pin it...o_O I asked again WHY they could not do a Hip replacement; only to again hear about my body rejecting foreign objects, meaning I would lose the replacement Hip and end up Wheelchair bound... So; I asked them what was the metal Spike and Pins made from... o_O "Surgical Stainless Steel" was the reply... I asked; was that also considered to be a foreign object? o_O Long pause.... Then his Reply; "sh*t!" They didn't quite think that one through... hehe I have tried other 'natural remedies' and they do not block the pain from reaching the brain the way that the current painkillers manage to do, I 'feel the pain' but taking the painkillers, it does not register at the brain like it does without the painkillers. My plan of hope is that I lose weight there by being more active than I am here and eating better foods than the crap here, unfortunately 99% of my cooking requires a Pan and Cooking Oil unlike asawa's vegetable Soups, Fish and Rice... If I can lose 5 or 6 stone even I believe it will make a big difference regards pain thresholds. *Fingers Crossed*
Well I finally made it home with one major mishap, in part my fault. I separated my money carrying a little in my wallet the rest hidden amongst my forms and letters in my carry on bag. While being processed at Manila my helper checked in my carry on as luggage, before I knew it, it was gone, along with my savings to tide me over for the next 4 to 6 weeks... GONE by the time I arrived in Dumaguete, lock picked, ah well, "Welcome to the Phililpines" :-\
