We use a Car jack to lift the 650 and then support it with blocks and tie a rope to fix it sideways, it's not perfect and it's not possible if you have any plastics
under the frame, another way is to prop a piece of wood under then fork-leg on the opposite side of the stand and lift it just enough to pull the wheel out, if you first remove the Brake calipers it works much better and you need at least 2 people.
If you can still drive, I would suggest that you get in contact with "Kalle" in Bayawan, who is a true Big Bike mechanic who handles anything up to 1600cc...

How about hanging it by the handlebars or top triple clamp?

I can do this also as I have an anchor bolt in my concrete beam but it's very unstable and with a racer you probably have no way to attach a cable or rope...

With the 650 I once pulled off the front tire by removing the plastic faring from the bottom, tilting it to its side on the kickstand and resting the bike on a concrete block. This put the bike on the exhaust though. Even if I were willing to do this on my CBR it would not be possible as the exhaust is laid out differently and would not stay standing.

I think I will go to a metal shop here and have them fabricate a lift for me. The lift I have for the rear was made this way. I really don't want to drive all the way to Bayawan just to lube the front shaft. (feel free to make jokes on that one) I will also need to be replacing my front tire and rim soon but have to wait for it to come in.

Hanging it from the handle bars is not an option, way too many thing could go wrong there. Bending the handlebars, God knows what it would do to the stabilizer, brake lines, electronics, the rope, tree or concrete breaks, the list goes on. The thing weighs 450lbs (220kg). Not exactly a Honda Wave.

Yup. That looks like a pretty fancy front stand though. I can't really figure out exactly how that works just from the picture.......and I've never seen tire covers before, those must be pretty expensive tires. That bike just looks scary, I want one.
