    Since cargo flights are still legal, it would seem like an opportunity for outfits like Royhle Aviation in Dumaguete to start cargo-only charters to Manila and Cebu. Could be very lucrative....just ask Fred Smith how his plan worked out. (Federal Express founder.)

    I believe our governor did not know what they were about to do over there in Occidental. Today the DoH declared Oriental to be free of the coronavirus. Perhaps things here will change in light of those two events.

    I'd personally be happy if they left the shotguns at home in such a case. It only takes one trigger happy cop to turn civil disobedience aka people ignoring the curfew into a real riot that ends with a blood bath.

    I had 3 packages from Amazon sitting up there also, they got to Manila about the same time as yours, and all 3 were delivered yesterday. Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!

    The (UPS) driver said they had chartered a plane to bring a bunch of cargo down, probably included your shipment also...

    Their decisions are hotheaded competition decisions so often. Many of the things they have done have far greater consequences then the virus would. Other decisions make the spread even riskier. While others yet still just seem to be based on nonsense with no idea how they would effect anything.

    1. Markets other then the main market being shutdown as well as more limited hours means far bigger crowds as a result as well as forcing those in outer areas trying to seclude to have to come to the most crowded part of Dumaguete to get basic food food staples.
    2. Curfew from 9-5am.... what exactly does this do? Those hours aren't higher risk hours of the virus spreading because its a night-time virus or some such. So what really does this accomplish?
    3. Its people's *right* to return home so we won't quarantine them for 14 days first and trust them to self quarantine for 14 days at home surrounded by family and neighbors for them to infect.
    4. You can't inside restaurants now (except McDonalds and Jollibee apparently because their food magically kills all viruses maybe?).... but you can still sit inside the bars at the same restaurants and drink for hours chatting with buddies...

    So many other laughable decisions and you wonder if they have 2 brain cells to rub between those making the decisions.
