The photo provided for the ECQ ending in the 20th (quoted above) was for Negros Occidental and is of no importance to the conversation here. You never know what he will do while in a fentanyl fueled stupor. He can barely string together a coherent sentence as it is.
Apparently not since the governor in Negros Oriental just extended through the end of the month. Also, posting that EO without any explanation may leave some, especially those that are less familiar with Governor's names and province names, confused about what the current rules are in their area. What other governors do has no significance to the rules that people will need follow here in Negros Oriental and the decisions made by other politicians are influenced almost entirely by maintaining their power. Each province and/or region is going to have a unique political situation. Looking at what other regions are doing is going to lead to a lot of confusion/anger /jealousy/crab mentality when their may be very valid reasons for the difference in policy.
I believe our governor did not know what they were about to do over there in Occidental. Today the DoH declared Oriental to be free of the coronavirus. Perhaps things here will change in light of those two events.
