⌛ need a garlic supplement

My husband and I move to dumaguete,where can i buy a good garlic supplement for him? Are there any natural food store similar to Healthy Options in Manila?

Also which hospital in dumaguete is the best?

Hi Jhenny,

The Holy Child Hospital has a good reputation although might be a little expensive. The Silliman Medical Center is another good hospital. If wanting to visit specialists, visit the Chung Hua Hospital in Cebu.

Regarding meds such as garlic supplement: do try the Lee Super grocery-side pharmacy. They might have what you need. I got some garlic supplements and other meds in there before.

Nothing beats real garlic

Just cook like me the base is 25% garlic... after that is squeezed up I decide what I actually am going to cook that day

 

Mmmm garlic... good for the health, good for the heart, eat too much and it'll make you fart. :D

 

I went on a garlic diet once, I didn't lose any weight but people told me that from a distance I looked slimmer.

 

..because thats the only distance people would want to see you coz of the garlic stench..hehe!:D just kidding muddy!

never eat garlic alone, always make sure everyone eats along with you, then no one smells you. But it seems garlic is in everything here anyway, so no big deal, unless you eat at Mcdonalds.

There is one other benefit of eating garlic, it is great for birth control. But then again what is the use of having a healthy heart if your sex life is not so good.

 

Blend half a cup of olive oil with three garlic pieces, add a dash of basil and salt to taste, then spread on slices of bread prior to toasting/baking...an alternative to garlic pills.
