    If your TCL TV won't turn on, make sure all cords are connected properly in a working socket. Then unplug your TV and press and hold the power button for 2 minutes. Plug the TV back in. If that doesn't work, press and hold the reset button located on the back of the TV.

    If your Sharp TV won’t turn on, you need to reset it. Unplug your TV and wait a full 60 seconds. While the TV is unplugged, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. After the 60 seconds are up, plug your Sharp TV back in and it should work.

    Probably needs a new motherboard then Jim. Around P4k to P5k fitted.
    If it's 4 years or older not worth spending too much on repairs IMHO as something else will go pretty soon...backlights for example.
