Did you check EBT Building, before Chin Loong Restaurant across the boulevard? I was not aware he moved. I was just there late last year?

I consulted Atty. Palma in August, 2019, in his offices in the EROS Bldg (where he owns a security services company.) Cervantes St (across from Julie's Bakery) at Dr. V. Locsin St. But that was a year and a half ago when I met with him there.

 

Attorney Rilt Dorado 100% honest and also a surveyor. Ipil Street across the road from Silliman Medical Centre. Walk past Alima Cafe to the end of the building and the entrance to his office is at the end of the alley on the left.

 

It's called prescription in the Phils and Adverse Possession in the US. How you actually establish they've been there for 30 years is a good question.
