Can you share salary, SSA, days/hours, 13 month pay, vacation after 1 year? I think if it was me I might approach a person who meets your profile already with a job handling money and try and hire them away. You might then glean what pay package would be attractive for them.

I'd suggest taking it to facebook. All those you would want to hire are going to be on facebook and from what I have seen it seems that those here very rarely know someone through the family who would be interested or fitting for such a job. Usually its the GFs or wife's relative from the mountain or some such (never hurts to ask though).

Maybe print up a few handout flyers and *accidentally* leave them on at a place with plenty of college gals (who may have family who already graduated and are looking). Not sure how to help though as its all word of mouth and word of mouth here is also often *word of facebook*.

Pardon me if I seem to be a 'bubble burster'. However, I sincerely doubt whether a college graduate would be willing to clean a room/suite or prepare popcorn, unless it was for a ridiculous amount of money. I would also study carefully where they have already worked, perhaps asking for references from former employers, (if you are letting them handle finances). Good luck with your hiring.
