    "He said Negros Oriental is fast becoming the cheapest source of oil, with the operation of a depot in the municipality of Amlan, some 30 kilometers north of Dumaguete City." That may be the secret why so many gas stations are build nowadays but why is the fuel price in negros oriental 2 to 3 peso's higher than say in Cebu, Luzon ,Mindanao??
