My reliable source says expected opening date 1 year from now, i live 5 minutes from there and at the speed in which they are building it that sounds about right.

:pompus: Tongue in cheek maybe But who is your reliable source the Owner, The Contractor or the Labourer? I ask because we get some many sources with so many different answers  especially on Malls.

Hmmm hope I got the Right thread here. Seems that a new date has been set for the Opening (According to a neighbour who secured a job there.)
August early she said but did not yet have the day and date or time.
    Anyone?

It is funny if you drive the one way streets in Dumaguete there should be TWO lanes of traffic in one direction. However this is Dumaguete, so that means there is "double parking" on both sides of the street, leaving one travel lane, just a little narrower that the one when the street was two way. It is very difficult to get the Dumaguete drivers to understand traffic flow concepts.

Same is happening on highways where road widening has been implemented. The additional lane is mostly used for parking, stock up materials etc. Traffic is still using the left lane only. So what's the use or purpose of road widening when almost everybody refuses to use that right lane. LTO is to busy with other things than to educate drivers.

Ones sits and Muses whether this was the intention and keep at least one lane open albeit congested, having said this, Yes! one has to wonder where TMO is when there is supposedly a No parking on National Road? Parking I can Understand but Deliveries have to be Made
