Was in Dumaguete this morning, checkpoint in Banilad they just stop a few cars and bikes, don't know what criteria they use, but saw people who wear mask and helmet get stopped and others like me just waved to past, others who experienced same or have the info how the rules get enforced?
Same happened to me yesterday coming from Sibulan. Stopping others and waved me on through. I heard they are also enforcing shoes, no sandals, as well as helmets and masks.
So they are taking the opportunity of having controls to check on other issues - could be good but who knows what next. I have wondered if having no new aliens coming in and a captive set already here, whether they treat them with respect, even if only for the spending power, or they shift blame to the alien population and then who knows what they might think up.
I have moved 5 posts touching on religion to the off-topic thread in the COVID-19 sub-forum, you should have received a notification with a link to the new location if your post was one that was moved. Feel free to carry on there. Religion is a sensitive subject; please remain respectful and avoid the ad hominem stuff (attack the idea not the person) if it gets too heated it will be moved to the controversial section. Please try to keep threads on topic.
