It’s hard to dismiss Ludwig’s menu as not popular when they were open for all of, what?, one month? Six weeks? As a restaurant that is. Even that precious free market will tell you a new restaurant will lose money for the first year until it catches on and people make it a regular stop. Many foreigners are Cheap Charlies because you can’t magically find money from a fixed income that was only adequate to live in the Philippines (or similar), and not at home.

No customers, you can't run a business, most expats in Valencia sit or "hangs" at the red tables, few customers in Oxmox and I'm sure Coffe Grove will go the same way if not the owner sees it as a hobby to spend money at, I like Coffe Grove but can't see how they will make business/money there

Well, just over a month after their expansion with new dining room and patio, Ludwig's is closed for renovations. Chubby Cheeks also closed for renovations. Oxmox also closed permanently as Oxmox, but supposedly being renovated to become a coffee shop. Sit-down restaurants are few enough in Valencia without having all of them renovate at the same time.
