⌛ New guy looking for info on a friend...

I have a friend, last name is Gilla. I believe this friend comes from this area. Recently, many of her friends have left the area where they all were living in. I'm trying to find some information on her family- I want to try and get some pictures, just small basic pics, sent that I can put together for something nice to make her laugh a bit. I especially want to see if I can reach her mother- I can't just pick up her cell phone and try every foreign number! How can I go about this? Anybody familiar with the name, please email me... I want to protect privacy of course, but could use some help here...

it might be a better lead if we have a family name at least. it will be difficult with only a first name or even just a nick name. maybe mention a school she went to will help start a trace.
