⌛ New Guy

Hi Guys, have been traveling around the RP for a few yrs, a few months at the time. Plan to strick a balance between part-time retirement 5 months and work. This also allows me to stay in-touch with my kids and grandkids. My job of design build is still fun after 35 yrs. Will try to swing my hammer until my arm falls off.
I plan to check out ur area to see how it compares to Panglao. Since we are building in Tangub for Momma, we are in no hurry.
Enjoy diving, gardening, and sailing, so where better than the RP.
