    We did have a thread about that law a while back ago and his assessment seems to be in line with how most people interpreted it. Now if it is enforced or not....who knows, probably depends on which LTO branch you go to or even which employee you talk to.

    A license is only required for driving and has absolutely nothing to do with vehicle ownership.
