I have not been in an Mc Donalds for the last 20 years. I am sure that the view and outside sitting area in the new location will not bee as nice as at Quezon Park but I think most people will not notice the difference at all....

    New McDonalds

The new McDonalds is being developed by the owner of the existing McDonalds. So business must be good. The franchise fee alone is USD $1M

The franchise fee is $22,500 (payable in pesos at current FOREX rate) for 10 years or the term of the lease of the land or space, whichever is shorter.

source MCdo franchise in the PI

If I had enough luck and enough money, I would open a Burger King. The one in Manila is packed every day.

Just to get out of the house and enjoy a meal with my wife and friends. My post was about business, not cooking. And I don't want to cook myself!!! Haa Haa
