⌛ new member

Hello everybody,
I just introduce myself as a new member...
I m french (nobody s perfect) and I am about to go back Dumaguete next october for 4 months.
No doubt that in the following years, I will stay more and more, and at the end just go on holidays in my own birth country...
I m 56 years old, and enjoy most of the things that s life offers in Dumaguete.
I just feel happy there, and I will be happy to meet u here or there.

:D Hi Kung, Jack P. here, saying WELCOME! what a refreshing thought to know that there is a French Man there, that can and will Speak English :D:D:D I am English :o and certainly not Perfect. Some of our Local Members will question this remark. Guess your first few posts will have you in stitches about this. I will look forward to aiding you in the answers should it arise. Hope you enjoy the DI as much as I do. I am sure when you eventually retire Dgte will still be so appealing as well.

I agree with Jackpeterson that your english looks better than of most French people I know (and I know a lot of them :D).
There are, btw quite some countrymen of yours here, so once in a while you can even sit with someone speaking french. It's all possible .

french is a language, not an activity ... ??? ... one never stops learning .. hehe

joke aside, the members here even accept me as a German, so I guess you ain't have any problems

(anyway, if Beatles and Jefferson airplane had sung once in Polish, my english could be worse today, hehe)
My staying in London, and my irish GF (few:D) years ago helped me too...
I learn a bit of Tagalog, and after a year studying, I guess I can make illusion for a 3 minutes talking hehe
