Hi everyone, I am very happy to be a new member of Dumagueteinfo. I am preparing to move there in 2012. I already own a lot with my wife and am looking to get all info I can to take right decisions. Please send me your opinions about design/architect/builder contacts. I already visited the area several times, my decision stopped in Valencia near Balugo school.
