⌛ new tallest building in negros

so a few buildings over from the main robinsons in bacolod is the new tallest building in negros excluding transmission towers...Its up to 12 floor now and the national bank is at 9...the 12 story is incomplete and the floors are still rising and the crane is poised high enough to do 15 and i dont suspect it to stop at 13 but then 12 is a very catholic number...Any way its the tallest now and it may get even taller....Lots of lesser high rises going up also and dumaguete added 2 or more 8 or 9 story buildings in the last year...Its a lot of development in construction if you ask me....

 

Up date,, so that building is up to 14 floors but they skipped the 13th floor so it stands with 15 floors listed but actually only 14 are available so far...I dont see any signs like rebar going up beyond floor 15 like it had on previous floors but floor 15 is still being put up and the crane still has room under it to squeeze in more....
