The fact he is smoking pot etc, I'm sure his time is limited.

I have known several such expats in my time here. One that closely resembles the above description was arrested last year in Cebu after several years of operating an "internet cafe". Another a little more local (was a member of this forum) is still running around N.O., although not so loudly and obvious about it any more.

I know for a fact the Guy that comes from here is doing what I said, he has invited a friend of mine to join him bragging about what he is doing, he comes back to Oz each year then returns back to Cebu, I am trying to get a Surname so that I CAN inform authorities as I abhor this type of behaviour!

I do not know if it is Ipswich here, or if it is the same all over, I have a Police Scanner which I listen to whilst I am awake, and they report past offences when checking someone, and the house beside me normally has around 6 or more males staying there and almost every one of them has come up as a Offender towards underage children, I have even had friends who have been caught out, some I was suspicious of, some I was very positive about, so each time they came around my Daughter would instantly go to her room and put on a Track Suit or stay in her room. My First Wife is an Offender and her Husband recently did 3 years for fiddling with his 12 year old Daughter and 5 of her friends the same age.

Another guy from the same circle of friends is now in America, he is wishing to start a Church in the Philippines as he says Filipino are gullible and he should be able to gain a huge following there, he IS a Pedophile who has been ousted from several Churches including one he started here, he is now in Arizona, America working within the Church there, and I have informed a friend who is American and very involved in the Filipino Community, who has in turn informed the Arizona Police who are investigating him and keeping a very close eye on him as it will only be a matter of time before he re offends AGAIN...

Sorry, but I do not falsely accuse, thru the help of a high ranking Police Officer I have spent the past 30+ years learning how to read Body Language, watching peoples eyes, they give a LOT away as they cannot help themselves, they are what they are... Amateur Liars are easy to pick, but seasoned conmen are harder as they also know how to read the body language of others normally. Humans are animals by nature and often those animals instincts are their downfall when giving themselves away.

As far as suppositions; I would much rather see a loving relationship between two people, rather than one of control or abuse, and I am sure for those of us who have been around for a long while, each and every one of us here at some stage in our lives have looked into the eyes of a woman and seen the fear within she holds for her partner when he is near her... When you do see it, it is obvious as to what is going on...

I am sorry if I offend anyone but I will make it plain and clear; I have no wish to associate with anyone who likes to have sex with minors even if they are married, if I STRONGLY suspect someone of doing so I WILL inform authorities, so for anyone so inclined, it would be in your best interests not to befriend me, now or ever... :(

 

I can ONLY HOPE the one arrested is this GRUB who hails from QLD Australia! It must be coming up close for him to return again here and he normally always drops in to spend time with many Guys from the Business circles here in Ipswich. They are a 'clicky' bunch of Guys from the Auto Trade sector whm I know thru my line of work in the past... But he LOVES to gloat about his exploits, I pray THAT will be his downfall, falling on his own Sword, what sweet Karma

When I was at school ( Oh so many years ago) we had a neighbour who was the Son of the Local Grocer (Corner Shop)
He was two years ahead of me at school. the thing is, because he was from a Little Money ( In the 60's a Shop Keeper was Considered well off in the UK) { Look at Maggie Thatchers Beginnings. Daughter of Mr Roberts the Grocer} (Corner shop!) He (Paul Gadd) thought he was the Bees Knees (Untouchable)

Anyway, he always had a Girl on his Arm, Normally a lot Younger. he joined a Band as a Singer and did well.
I lost Contact with this Guy when I Joined the R.A.F in 1968. We became mates for a while until, I clicked on to what he was all about. He became famous ( Well in the UK anyway) he became *GARRY GLITTER*

JP as I started to read, and you mentioned Paul Gadd it rang a faint Bell, then I saw it; *GARY GLITTER* and it all came back to me... :( He was one of my Idols in Rock, when the story broke I was stunned, but I was naive back then, my eyes have been opened very wide since...

And yes you are correct JP, there ARE women out there so inclined, that was how/why I gained custody of my Son and Daughter when they were still in nappies... :( At the time no one believed me, I was laughed at by Police, by Solicitors, by Counsellors, I fought tooth and nail in Court and NOT once was I allowed to out her for what she was doing! And; I know exactly what some women are capable of, (and to be honest I don't care WHO knows this) but my own Mother was one of 'those' people may she rot eternally in Hell... I DESPISE 'them' with a hatred you could not even begin to fathom... And I mean it, IF I ever see that sort of BS going on I WILL take note of every detail and report the filthy low life scum and let the authorities deal with it... It is a sickness this world can well do without!
