    Hi there my name is Josh and just wanted to introduce myself. I wanted to see if you all have a "good" direction for building of the house... Purchased some land with friends and we are in process of building a house. I am looking for a "nice" home for roughly 3 million and it seems that there are literally dozens of wonderful homes going for that on the "open" market however I have been told much higher on quote.. Any leads are much appreicated.
