⌛ Newbie On Board

Hi everyone. I'm so glad to have found this site. I'm originally from Siaton, been living in Manila for over 20 years. I seldom go back to my hometown and this site is truly heaven's sent. I've finally found a way to reconnect with my roots, keep in touch with my kababayans and be updated of the latest happenings in my beloved hometown.

cheskaraul, what's the name of the band and where are they scheduled to perform? I'm old and really out of touch so I'm not so familiar with the new artists in town.

 

Bored of Trustees. They're the leading rock band of Dumaguete right now. They just finished a line up of gigs so I'm not sure of their upcoming gig scheds as of the moment

halo everyone,
i'm a filipina from dipolog city and been happily married to a british guy, chris. during our christmas hols 2005, a family friend showed us some lots for sale but at that time, we never had a thought of buying properties yet in the philippines tho, we already had plans to retire either in cebu or dapitan city. but when my husband and i saw this place in sibulan, 3 mins walk from the sea forest hotel or just too close to where the grotto is, we just fell in love with the place. its on a hill, overlooking the southern island of cebu. so, we are in the process of buying it. if anyone is interested, its like a subdivision with access roads. can't wait, we will be flying by May and hopefully, we can meet a very good builder. any suggestions?

thanks a lot Cheskaraul and we can't wait to build the house of our dreams. hopefully, we can find a good builder during our one-month stay in May. sadly, have to go back in England coz of work.

 

Hi Chrissar welcome to Dumaguete. That’s nice to know you have decided for Sibulan ,its township is part of Metro Dumaguete . I ‘m sure you will quickly feel at home once you settled there, a nice smaller coastal city with friendly people. Wish you a nice trip in May and more luck to your search of a builder.
