⌛ Newbie

Hello Guys I am Brian from Coffs harbour Australia, I am currently living in Bacolod City Villa Angela subd. trying to sell my up & down house here so I can move to D/M in Valencia, I have been here in the Phils since 2009, I have had one bad relationship which has been a downer & cost me financially, better luck for no.2 lol.
I have been reading through your forum and have enjoyed your comments, so what is the expat numbers in D/M? I mean real expats.
I have been to D/M twice now the last time only a few weeks ago, looking for land, found some but a bit early as I need to sell up here first.
Ah maybe someone here can help on this I have a navman GPS I would like to upload the PH road maps but can’t find anyone that can do it, I found one guy that could do it for Garmin but not Navman, I know I can get a GPS from CDR King but not sure of the quality.

you said that you have been here since 2009, so I'm guessing that you are retired now.
Unfortunately, bad relationships are more normal than good ones. The lists of bad stories is almost endless.
By chance, my first real relationship with a lady here turned out to be perfect and we are very happily married now for the past 19 months. However, as did most of us, I went through the trials and tribulations of meeting many scanners on the web while still in the USA. I was very lucky to have only lost a total of a few dollars. Others have lost much more.
Having said that, it is my personal opinion that when you find the right lady here in phils, she will turn out to be the best wife on the planet in every way. I am very happy now.
Please jump in and participate and ask whatever you want. We will try to help.

no I have not retired yet I still have a business in Au that provides for me, yeah mine i knew from 2006 but wasnt until we lived together for a while then i found out her behaviour but that is a long storey.
