A bit longer open than 1.5 years amd it looks like falling apart. Many tiles of the second floor on the east side are cracked and if you walk arround the mall it somehow looks scary.

I am not a construction guy, still I doubt that it is supposed to be like that after that short time.

It is built on land fill, if that is all on the 2nd. floor it looks like it could use some serious looking into. Is it shop till you drop or is it shop till it drop's? Joke, I hope it's not as serious as it may appear.

Typical Philippine "good enough" construction, sorry to say.

not really, there were some "cracks" now there are some 30 cm at some spots. maybe they should have paid the original constructor (Bauer) before replacing them with some cheaper local company

I believe it is the other way around ... look at the pictures, the world is going down but Robinsons stands up high...

Did the earthquake and after shocks help the precarious perch on the landscape or land fill settle more than under normal/expected conditions??? Same size quake in newzealand brought down buildings bridges and crack roads beyond accessability...???

That looks scary. I think they need to fix that soon. It looks like it is going to give way any time soon.
