I had a power cut just before the start of England v Italy, which lasted for most of the match. I tethered my laptop (in fact both laptops, just in case) to my wife's iPhone and it was fine (we watched on BBC iPlayer using VPN). I think her P300 per month gives 4GB (plus unlimited calls to all networks and free texts) - with an extra 5Gb costing P90. I am sure you are aware of this, so perhaps it is not what you need. And I am sure you are aware of pocket wifi. The only thing we lose is the TV to which we connect our laptop.

If there are five poles that need to be replaced in five regions, you can shut off power to everybody for twelve hours and send out one team to each region. OR, you could just shut off power to one region and then send five teams into that region and get the five poles replaced quickly and get the power back on. Then the next day move to the next region. Doesn't seem like rocket science.

Also PIA (Private Internet Access) works well on BBC iPlayer UK VPN and Stan Sport Aussie VPN, some stuffing around on occasion but found running an incognito browser helps most issues. And most of the tips here regardless of VPN help a lot as its not always consistent when you have issues https://www.vpnmentor.com/blog/use-bbc-iplayer-with-pia/

NORD - never had a problem with BBC iPlayer. It does need reconnecting more than I would like, but there is an easy way of doing it. Nord is very cheap - we have a 3 year deal at a very low cost but I just checked and they are offering 2 years at $89 (about P4,500).

I know there are distribution branches that can be isolated. Shouldn't it be possible, instead of sending ten teams out scattered all over the place and shutting off the power to the whole entire region for 12 frikin' hours ... instead, just shut off power to one limited distribution region and bring all of the teams into that region and finish that work quickly, like maybe 4 hours, and get the power back on, and then the next day move to another region. Maybe that just requires too much thinking and planning.
