    NGCP Advisory Unscheduled power interruption today, March 28, 4:51AM-6:45AM, affecting the areas from Calo, San Jose to the entire area of Amlan, Tanjay City and Pamplona. NGCP's Amlan-Guihulngan 69kV transmission line tripped. We are still waiting for the official explanation.
