    The greatest start here would be enforcing the laws they already have.. would sure make a big change in the mind set of the locals.

    Right. So, if you are a foreigner driving anything or anyone driving a car, then watch your @ss and be prepared for lots of sobriety checks. If you are a local dressed in raggedy clothes driving a scooter which looks like it could fall apart on the next pot hole, then you probably don't have anything to worry about.

    Maybe we'll see less checkpoints and more police staking out the bars waiting for people to leave in expensive cars or on expensive motorcycles. Watch out for the foreigner bars.

    There have been plenty of "real" people killed from drunk drivers. There is a fine line to walk here. I don't believe a BAC should be the determining factor with getting a DUI. People act differently to alcohol. A person who drinks 10 beers a day is going to react different than a person who drinks once a month at a .08 BAC. Tolerance builds up and the "high" you feel takes more alcohol in the system to accomplish.

    What is the definition of "under the influence" in this law?
    Interpretation? ...ones again?
