I went to the LTO last week to get a PH driving license, first parts went smoothly drug test , medical and form filling then the person we needed for the next process was at lunch (no one else can do this) we went away and did something else came back and he did his part but now the cashier was at lunch so we could not pay to have the card released (no one else can do this) I think the days of the noon break were better as there was around 1.5 hours you could not do anything at the LTO and we all knew that, now it appears to have stretched to around 3 hours.
Is it not more fun in the Philippines as now you have 3 hours to relax and watch the world go by, do what pleases you and just enjoy the time.
Noted, but I would like to spend my 3 hours somewhere with a/c (that is working), comfortable chairs and cold SMB, is that asking too much (I think it maybe is)
Only one person to take payment, only one (in the case of Immigration) to sign the approval. But their breaks may not be at noon, or even at the same hour.
