The Philippines is in good company where it comes to a backlog in test result evaluations in particular or mass testing in general: The mighty US of A is so far behind the power curve it's pathetic and also in (the so-called) 1st world countries in Europe this issue is not addressed swiftly and adequately. Bashing people because they do not comply with the 'keep your distance' rules is easy, but remember that the Australian Government recently decided that Bondie Beach was to be closed immediately, just because of that, and that in the US groups of youngsters still 'celebrate' Spring Break. As far as the Philippine Health system is concerned, I have nothing but good to say about that. Spend time at Silliman last year and later 2 times at Ace Hospital and had excellent treatment. Very good doctor and top quality service by Rescue One ambulances.
